Sussex House Immersive Learning Through Play

In April 2021, Brainspark Games partnered with Sussex House to deliver an immersive “learning through play” experience, introducing pupils to educational gaming through interactive workshops, augmented reality and adaptive gameplay. The session combined creativity, technology and curriculum-based learning.

Brainspark Games, partnered with Sussex House to deliver an immersive “learning through play” experience designed to explore how educational gaming can enhance engagement, creativity and knowledge retention within the classroom. Through a combination of interactive workshops, curriculum-aligned mobile games, augmented reality and adaptive gameplay, pupils were encouraged to learn through exploration, storytelling and problem-solving in a way that felt both educational and enjoyable.

As part of the pilot session, students tested Brainspark Games’ immersive learning technology and provided valuable feedback on how children engage with digital learning experiences. The project reflected Brainspark Games’ wider mission to create culturally inclusive, AI-powered educational games aligned with the UK national curriculum, helping to make learning more accessible, interactive and meaningful for both neurotypical and neurodiverse learners
