Harnessing Innovation in Education: Brainspark Games at the Creative Industries Showcase
To close out 2024, Brainspark Games was honoured to participate in the Creative Industries Showcase, hosted at the Science Museum and organised by the Council for Science and Technology (CST) and the Government Office for Science.
Invited by Professor Dame Angela Maclean and Lord Browne of Madingley, we showcased our multi-award-winning educational mobile games, which are supported by Innovate UK Business Connect. The event provided a unique opportunity to highlight how game-based learning can transform education and engage students in meaningful ways.
Bridging Innovation and Education Through Game-Based Learning
The showcase brought together government representatives, industry leaders, researchers, and creative professionals to discuss the future of innovation in education. Brainspark Games had the privilege of demonstrating how our immersive educational games are shaping the learning experiences of children by making education more interactive and accessible.
Our founder, Reedah El-Saie, participated in roundtable discussions, offering insights from the games sector and contributing to conversations on the role of research and development (R&D) in the UK’s creative industries. These discussions explored the impact of digital learning tools, the potential for large-scale adoption, and the ways educational games can support national learning objectives.
